Instructions for Web3D2010 accepted papers authors or invited speakers:
The oral conference presentation of full papers shall have up to 20 minutes followed by up to 10 minutes for audience questions; short papers shall have up to 15 minutes followed by up to 7 minutes for audience questions;
The presentations shall be done in English Language;
A projector with VGA connector and a projector screen will be available. Please check if your laptop has a standard PC VGA, it may need a converter (e.g. some Macintosh computers).
Preferably, presentations slides shall be showed using each author’s own laptop. There will be a backup laptop on site by Web3D2010, but this should be considered a secondary option only. To save time, the resolution on the presentation laptop screen should be set to 1024 x 768.
The papers presentation room will not have Internet connection available, so please make sure all presentation resources are local.
Please have the Presenter’s short biography printed in order to be announced before the presentation;
All presenters shall be registered at the time of the conference.
